Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 12, 2026

Jadeed ("Jadeed", "we", "us") provides an AI-powered product management platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including when you connect a third-party service such as Google Analytics to Jadeed's Product Intelligence feature.

Information we collect

When you create a Jadeed account, we collect:

If you choose to connect an external analytics or delivery source under Product Intelligence, we additionally collect the data described below, only for the sources you explicitly connect.

Google Analytics (GA4) data

Jadeed's Product Intelligence feature lets you optionally connect a Google Analytics 4 property so Jadeed can compare your planned goals against real product usage. This is done through Google's OAuth sign-in and the analytics.readonly scope.

Limited Use disclosure. Jadeed's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data accessed through this integration is used only to provide and improve the specific, user-facing Product Intelligence features you request — it is never sold, never shared with third parties for advertising, and never used to train or improve generalized or non-personalized AI/ML models.

Other connected sources

Product Intelligence also supports optional connections to Stripe (billing metrics), PostHog, and Mixpanel via a credential you provide directly — these do not use Google sign-in. Jadeed's delivery integrations (GitHub, Replit) use their own OAuth flows to read repository and deployment status for the workspaces you connect. Each of these is used the same way: only for the tenant that connected it, only to power the feature you configured.

How we use AI

Jadeed uses large language models (via Anthropic and/or OpenAI, routed through our own gateway) to generate strategy documents, requirements, and the Product Intelligence narratives described above. Data sent to a model for these purposes is used only to generate the response returned to you — it is not used by Jadeed to train or fine-tune any model.

Data storage and retention

Jadeed data is stored in PostgreSQL with strict tenant isolation enforced at the application layer — no customer can access another customer's data. Connected-source credentials (including Google OAuth tokens) are retained only while a connection remains active and are deleted when you disconnect it or close your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Third-party processors

We use a small number of subprocessors to operate Jadeed: our hosting provider (Hetzner, via Dokploy), our LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI), and our payment processor (Stripe) for billing. Each processes data only as needed to provide their respective service to us.

Your rights

You can access, export, or request deletion of your personal data and connected-source data at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Children's privacy

Jadeed is a business product not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Jadeed evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
