Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Jadeed (the "Service"), an AI-powered product management platform operated by Jadeed ("we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Jadeed helps product teams define vision, portfolio, and product strategy through conversation, generate strategy documents and requirements, and optionally connect delivery and analytics tools to compare planned versus actual product performance. Features and functionality may change as the Service evolves.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• An organization's first user becomes its administrator and can invite and manage other users under that organization's plan.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of any third party
• Attempt to access another tenant's or organization's data without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law

Connected third-party services

The Service allows you to optionally connect third-party accounts and tools — including Google Analytics, GitHub, Replit, Stripe, PostHog, and Mixpanel — to power Product Intelligence and delivery features. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct. You can disconnect any connected service at any time.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Jadeed (visions, portfolios, products, features, documents, and related data). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you, including generating AI output based on it.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid use of the Service is billed per organization under a license fee that includes an allotted usage bundle, with metered usage charged above that bundle. Current pricing and plan details are provided separately at signup or in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we otherwise state in writing.

Disclaimers

The Service, including any AI-generated content, is provided "as is." AI-generated strategy documents, requirements, and narratives are decision-support output, not guaranteed to be accurate or complete, and should be reviewed before you rely on them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jadeed will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data retention following termination is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
